Highlights from the ACCU Market Monthly Update for July 2026

The ACCU market consolidated through July, with Generic spot prices rangebound around $38.00 for the middle two weeks before a late-month pickup in buying interest pushed the market above that level.
Spot ACCUs reached $38.35 before closing the month at $38.25..
July traded volume totalled approximately 3.6 million ACCUs, up around 75% month on month, though still 14% below July 2025.
Policy remained in focus, with discussions around proposed method registration changes and consultations underway.
Approximately 1.86 million ACCUs were issued across 94 projects in June, again led by HIR, while the vegetation project pipeline continued to build.
